So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.” God has given us a ministry that allows us to plant, water, and often times even reap souls for the harvest. Although we take this mission very seriously, we have not gone to the extent of a fellow RVer at recent truck stop. We have seen travelers with motorcycles, ATVs, ladders, and almost everything imaginable, but never a rototiller. There is a first for everything! The Lord has given us great opportunities to “plow the soil” this month in Mt. Airy, NC; Harrisonburg, VA; and Hedgesville, WV. This past week, we finished a Sunday through Friday revival at Laurel Mountain Chapel near Somerset, PA. Pastor Don Judy is an excellent example of a faithful pastor who daily is planting the seed in his community and teaching his grandchildren to do the same. The enthusiasm of the adults and children alike was refreshing.

Join us in planting and also praying that souls will be saved and families healed and strengthened during our nine weeks of VBS and one camp.

All are invited to attend a graduation service May 20 at 1:30pm at the Troy Chapel just north of Delaware, Ohio. Our family will also be doing the Sunday morning services.

Tire troubles

As I looked on my calendar last month, I noticed that March 20th was the official start of spring. A change in the seasons always brings a breath of fresh air and a change in temperature. The Wylers on Wheels ministry has experienced many CHANGES. The second week in March, we had an outstanding revival in Ocala, FL at Heritage Baptist. It was our first time at this thriving ministry and they welcomed us with open arms and hearts. Praise the Lord three children and a teenage boy let Christ CHANGE their lives by accepting him as Savior. After doing several concerts across Florida, we enjoyed being with the dear folks in Eustis, FL for Sunday services where three more lives were CHANGED as they heard about the reality of Hell.

Our new truck

Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” This verse became real in our lives this month as God truly guided our time, purpose, and supplied a need. Unexpectedly, the time came for Jethniel’s parents to head north from the warmth of Florida to the cold snow of Ohio. Seeing and knowing God’s direction can sometimes be hard while sitting on the side of interstate 95 with a blown out RV tire. Praise the Lord everyone was safe and the Wyler men were able to CHANGE the tire. While stopped to refuel shortly after this incident, a lady came to my sister-in-law and asked about their RV. Javonda explained about our ministry and the lady asked if we have any CD’s. The lady bought a CD in the middle of a gas station. What a CHANGE from the normal resource table in a church foyer! The purpose of the trip to Ohio would be a big CHANGE for Grandma Wyler (Doug’s 89 year-old mother). Because of her mental and physical struggles, she needed to be moved to a nursing home. We would appreciate your prayers during this tough time for the whole family. Prayer CHANGES things! Finally, God met our need for a new truck. As Jethniel, Titus, and I remained in Florida, God directed us though the kindness of a Christian stranger to purchase a 2005 Chevy dually truck with low mileage. It includes a stronger diesel engine and much better transmission to haul "Our Home." A Chevy truck—what a CHANGE for us! Please pray for safety as both our families converge in North Carolina for our next meeting. As you ponder these thoughts, remember that with God’s help, CHANGES that often seem like trials can become triumphs!

Proverbs 18:24a says, “A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly…” After recently hearing a preacher quote this verse, it made me stop and consider if I was being friendly to those I know and even to those I meet. This month we have met many new friends and also reconnected with many long-time ones. At Whitney Road Baptist Church in Leesburg, Florida, their Valentine’s and Homecoming celebration gave us a great opportunity to minister. We loved seeing all the “seasoned” couples at their festive banquet! My husband says his favorite part of Florida is meeting not ”older“, but “wiser“ people! He definitely had a great time talking to a “wiser” crowd at our concert in Wauchula, Florida. We sang and played a variety of numbers and even juggled. To close out the February and leap into March, we were at Brush Arbor Baptist Church and Christian School. During the daily morning chapels, all two hundred children and their teachers learned the “A.B.C. Rescue Plan” and how to put it into action. Each night, we also had revival services and our Kids-4-Christ program. On the final night, over one hundred children were in attendance. As my husband spoke on the first sin in the Garden of Eden, nine children saw their need for “a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.” (Proverbs 18:24b) Whether it is a friendly smile, encouraging word, thoughtful note, helping hand, or provided need, let’s all strive to kindly share the many blessings our BEST Friend has bestow upon us!

In a sweet note, one of the girls wrote, “Hi, my name is Deanna. I love to read the Bible. You seem kind. Do you love to read? You are really good missionary.” What a privilege to see these young ladies realize their need for a Savior! Titus loved having fun with his new friends, Belle, Emily and Curtis (Pastor’s children). Titus even “taught” them to play his favorite instrument, Aunt Javonda’s xylophone.

Join us in praying for them as they search for a new pastor. Three concerts in Clermont, Sebring, and Wildwood, Florida gave us a special opportunity to share the Gospel with hundreds of people from various backgrounds. Our goal was to have every person leave with a copy of the tract “How to be 100% sure of Heaven.” January 22-24, we ministered with Jerrill and Andrea at their Church in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. During their school chapel, we shared through music, message, and drama, how each one of us should reachout and rescue the lost. Our itinerary has us headed to Whitney Road Baptist Church in Leesburg, Florida for a Valentine’s banquet and family emphasis weekend. As we each travel down the journey of life, may we do as the church sign said, help others “meet a great God.”

While enjoying a veggie pita my wife had prepared, I snapped this ironic picture. Two handicap parking spaces over 150 yards from the nearest store. What a plan!

In December, we had rare back-to-back open Sundays. As usual, each week we visited a local church. Our unplanned Sundays, turned into God’s planned Sundays. Both weeks, the churches asked us to sing and preach, and then scheduled to have us back this spring. God had a plan! Our annual program for over 60 prisoner’s children and caregivers went better than planned. Many returned from previous years. Three children from the same family (12, 14, & 15 years old) came forward during the invitation. Two received assurance and the other accepted God’s plan of salvation. While Titus, Judy, and I flew north to celebrate the Christmas season with her family in Pennsylvania, Dad and the family had a couple more opportunities to minister and fill the pulpit for a pastor on vacation. Praise the Lord that Titus loved the plane more than we planned.
